make-no-mistakes
A Claude Code plugin that appends "Make no mistakes." to every prompt you send. That is the whole plugin.
Claude sometimes says a function “should work” when it does not, and occasionally invents an API. The README’s diagnosis: nobody ever explicitly told it not to make mistakes. This plugin tells it, every time.
Estimated quality improvement is somewhere between 0% and 100%.
How it works
It’s a UserPromptSubmit hook. On each prompt, Claude Code runs a shell script that reads the hook payload from stdin and echoes:
{"additionalContext": "Make no mistakes."}
That’s the full implementation: a plugin.json, a hooks.json pointing at the script, and the script. Claudegoblikon uses the same hook with a much longer instruction, wrapped in the fuller hookSpecificOutput form.
